Le temps d’un dîner avec Pablo Tarno

Passionate about flavours and aromas from a very young age since learning from his mom’s cooking skills, Pablo Tarno worked from 2016 until 2018 as chef de partie at the Michelin starred restaurant “El Retiro” in Llanes, Asturias, Spain.

A very big enthusiast of Peruvian cuisine, he also worked at Rafael Osterling’s Lima hotspots El Mercado and Rafael throughout 2018.

From 2017 until 2019, Pablo has been head chef of the acclaimed Ibizan restaurant Sa Cova, where he showcased his affinity towards French, Mediterranean and Peruvian cuisines.

2020 saw his return to Berlin, where he served as Chef de Partie at the casual fine dining establishment Lila Restaurant, until finally moving to Barcelona in 2022.

Here, Pablo currently works as chef de partie at the 5-Star Grand Luxe Hotel Sofia and regularly hosts private restaurant pop-up events where he creates different tasting menus for each occasion.
