After a first edition in 2024, I'm delighted to take you back with me to the Isle of Beauty for a long weekend of yoga at Villa Flaka in Cargèse.
This intimate, family-run hotel, nestled in the heart of the maquis and just a stone's throw from the sea, was a real coup de coeur for me. A peaceful refuge, where everything invites you to slow down...

With its lush vegetation, yoga studio, spacious and tastefully decorated rooms, heated swimming pool and sauna, everything has been designed to offer a setting conducive to relaxation and disconnection!
The retreat will take place from Thursday, April 30, 2026 to Sunday, May 03, 2026.
On the program: 2 practices of around 1h30 per day, vegetarian, local and seasonal food cooked by our chef Marjory and free time to enjoy the place and the surrounding nature.

It will also be possible to complement this weekend with a massage or lymphatic drainage during the stay.
