General terms and conditions of sale and reservation

Pre-contractual information

The customer acknowledges having read the general terms and conditions of sale prior to booking.

The customer has access to all the information online and can have the services explained to him by our sales team by telephone or electronically.

The connection and navigation on the site by the User implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present legal notice. The latter are accessible on the site under the heading "Legal information".

Price trends

Prices are dynamic and may change with the seasons. Villa Flaka cannot be held responsible for any difference in cost between two stays booked for the same period.

Booking conditions

The customer can make a reservation by telephone or electronically using the services offered on the www.villaflaka-cargese.com website or those of its service providers.

Here are the VILLA FLAKA booking conditions:

    • Payment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation in the form of a deposit at the time of booking.
    • Payment of the remaining 70% of the total booking amount 5 days before the start date of the booking.

The reservation of a service from LaVillaFlaka implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Reservations on the website

For online reservations, the customer must accept the present general terms and conditions of sale by clicking where indicated and validate payment. On-line purchase is proof of the customer's agreement, i.e. payment of the sums due for the reservation, signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out.

Change in the number of participants and partial cancellation on your part

The number announced on the quotation or contract signed by the customer or group representative is the number used to calculate the total cost of the service.
Overnight stay: the number announced on the signed quotation will be invoiced.
Accommodation rental: the number announced on the signed quotation will be invoiced.
In the event of overpayment, the credit note will be valid for a future booking.
If the number of people present is greater than the number announced, the number of people present will be retained for the invoice.

Total cancellation on your part

In the event of a request to cancel a reservation, Villa Flaka will do its utmost to accommodate the request. However, the following principles will apply:
Between the reservation date and 15 before the reservation start date: the 30% deposit will not be returned.
Between the 7th day and the reservation start date: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due.
In the event of a No Show: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is due.
No compensation will be paid in the event of cancellation by the customer on the part of La Villa Flaka.

Total cancellation on our part

If we have to cancel for reasons beyond our control, we will offer you an alternative date. If this date is unsuitable, we will issue a full refund. No compensation will be paid.

Residential furniture

The lessee of the furniture made available by La Villa Flaka shall be responsible for the safekeeping and preservation of the goods loaned.

Villa Flaka will claim the necessary costs in the event of damage, loss or theft of the equipment made available, plus reimbursement of any additional costs incurred by Villa Flaka.

These costs may be deducted from the deposit.

Timetables

Availability of accommodation: accommodation is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 pm on the day of departure.

Loss, theft, damage

Villa Flaka accepts no responsibility for theft or damage to personal belongings, either in the accommodation or in the communal areas.

Animals

Pets are not allowed.

Claim

Any complaints relating to the stay must be reported to the staff during the stay. No complaint can be processed if it has not been reported to the staff during the stay.
