DESCRIPTION:Following the first retreat in 2024, I’m delighted to invite you once again to join me on the “Island of Beauty” for a long weekend of yoga at Villa Flaka in Cargèse. This intimate, family-run hotel—nestled in the heart of the maquis and just steps from the sea—was an instant favorite of mine. A peaceful retreat where everything invites you to slow down… \nIts lush vegetation, yoga studio, spacious and tastefully decorated rooms, heated pool, and sauna—everything is designed to provide the perfect setting for relaxation and unwinding! \nOn the agenda: two yoga sessions of about 1 hour and 30 minutes each day, vegetarian, local, and seasonal meals prepared by our chef Marjory, and free time to enjoy the resort and the surrounding nature. \nYou’ll also have the option to enhance your weekend with a massage or lymphatic drainage treatment during your stay—please book in advance, as spots are limited. \nTo book: sophie.callige@orange.fr
