Gong Baths provide an intense sense of well-being and rebalance energy pathways. \nTHE AQUA GONG BATH: A sonic and sensory immersion \nImmerse yourself in a unique experience where water and sound come together to soothe the body and mind. Lying on a mattress in a heated pool, you let yourself be carried by the gentle water while a gong resonates all around you.The sound vibrations travel through the water and envelop every cell in your body, creating a deep sense of letting go, like an invisible massage. The body floats, the mind opens, and tensions dissolve. A timeless interlude, at the crossroads of meditation, relaxation, and inner journey.
